His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with Her Excellency Gretchen Whitmer, the Governor of the State of Michigan, to reinforce the longstanding Bahrain-US partnership.
During the meeting at Gudaibiya Palace, HRH Prince Salman reaffirmed the deep and strategic ties between Bahrain and the United States, emphasizing their shared commitment to development and prosperity. He underscored the significance of expanding multisectoral collaboration and exploring new avenues for cooperation to achieve mutual objectives.
HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the advanced levels of cooperation between the two nations, particularly in economic and investment sectors, stressing the importance of strengthening these ties for the benefit of both countries.
The discussions also covered key regional and international developments of shared interest, with both sides expressing their commitment to enhancing bilateral relations.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), along with His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs.
