This was emphasised by Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa as he praised the efforts made by the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and President of the SCW, to empower Bahraini women in all fields.
The minister made the statements while meeting Hala bint Mohammed Jaber Al Ansari, Secretary General of SCW, Shaikha Deena bint Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant Secretary-General of the SCW, and Mohammed Abdulraahman Al Faris, Advisor for International Relations and Follow-up at the SCW.
Shaikh Salman congratulated the SCW on its 22nd anniversary and commended the unremitting efforts made by the council to support Bahraini women and launch initiatives and plans that empower them in various fields.
