The General Directorate of Civil Defence has continued to hold the second phase of the orientation programme for volunteers at the Civil Defence School.

It is part of the directorate’s innovative initiatives to enable volunteers to assist with emergencies and crises. The Director-General of Civil Defence, Brigadier Ali Al Kubaisi, stated that the programme reflects the dedication of the Interior Ministry, led by His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to promoting community partnership.
