New edict to boost yacht tourism

The Kingdom of Bahrain is committed to enhancing maritime safety and security, and consolidating its position as a preferred destination for yachts and maritime tourism.

This was emphasised by the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, His Excellency Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.

He said this is being achieved through regulatory decisions and initiatives that contribute to the goals of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and followed up by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
