Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Essam Khalaf stressed the ministry’s keenness on the provision of improved quality service to individual citizens and the entire community as the ministry’s top priority in the forthcoming period. The minister’s remarks came as he honoured ministry staff members who underwent advanced training courses.
