The slow lane for southbound traffic leading to Asker on King Hamad Highway will remain closed for improvement works, said the Ministry of Works, Municipality and Urban Planning in a statement.

The slow lane for southbound traffic leading to Asker on King Hamad Highway will remain closed for improvement works, said the Ministry of Works, Municipality and Urban Planning in a statement. The closure will be effective during the weekend from Thursday at 11:00 pm to Sunday at 05:00 am.

Separately, the Ministry said that is will close one lane and provide one lane on both directions of Budaiya highway near to Duraz area as part of sewerage connection works. The closure will be effective from today for two months. The ministry said it will also close Part of Avenue 15 in Almaameer between road 3401 and Sh. Jaber Al Ahmed Al Subah Highway for traffic going to Alnuwaydrat interchange.

The diversion will be to road 3417. The move is for improving Albaa and Nuwaydirat interchange. The closure will be effective from today for a period of 3 weeks.
