Inter-house Swimming Gala

St Christopher’s Year 5 and 6 inter-house Swimming Gala took place last week, and both year groups demonstrated some excellent swimming skills!

For the more advanced swimmers the gala finished with a medley relay that involved the four strokes: Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Freestyle, and for the first time ever a 50m freestyle relay, where swimmers were encouraged to dive and include a tumble turn. The results were extremely close with only 31 points between 1st and 4th place!
