Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received Russian Ambassador Vagif Garaev and praised the strong relations between the two countries in the fields of electricity and water. The Ambassador expressed his pleasure at the implementation of joint projects stressing his country’s readiness to strengthen this cooperation in the electricity and water sector.
