Economic Development Board CEO, Khalid Al Rumaihi was the guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Sulmaniya’s meeting at the Golden Tulip Hotel on May 24, 2017. Al Rumaihi stated that the country is presently undergoing challenges in the field of oil export and that it isn’t clear whether this would be a positive disruption or a negative one.
