Closure of Manama-bound lanes on Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway

The Ministry of Works, Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning wishes to announce to the public, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Traffic of the Ministry of Interior, that the improvement works of Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Highway necessitate the closure of some lanes as follows:

1. Closure of three lanes for northbound traffic leading to Manama and two alternative lanes will be provided for traffic movement.

2. Closure of the slip lane leading from Shaikh Isa bin Salman Highway to Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Highway for northbound traffic coming from Isa Town towards Manama.

The closure will be effective from Thursday (November 19) at 11pm to Sunday (November 22) at 5am. All road users are requested to observe and obey the traffic rules for the safety of all.
