His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, issued yesterday a circular regarding the Hijri New Year holiday. The circular stipulates that the Kingdom’s ministries, agencies and official institutions will be closed on Thursday, August 20, corresponding to the first of Muharram.
