BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received on March 28, outgoing Liaison Officer at the Jordanian embassy in Bahrain Brigadier Dr. Awadh Mohammed Al-Tarawna, who introduced to him newly-appointed Liaison Officer Brigadier Ibrahim Hamdi Atallah Al Majali. The BDF Chief welcomed them, lauding the efforts of the former Liaison Officer and wishing him success in his new duties. Separately, BDF Chief received Lt-General Edward Davis, Governor of Gibraltar. The BDF Chief praised the historical relations between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, noting the advanced relations in various fields especially in military and defense cooperation that serves the common interest.
