Manama : His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday stressed on the importance of preserving and strengthening national unity, being the bulwark to preserve the hard-gained achievements at all levels.

HRH the Premier was speaking while receiving senior officials as well as economic and media personalities at the Gudaibiya Palace yesterday.

Seeking cohesion among the Bahraini people, based on patriotism and dedication, HRH Premier urged everyone to work for the nation’s development and prosperity.

HRH the Premier discussed local and international issues with them, asserting that Bahrain will always remain an all-inclusive country, thanks to the qualities of its people who are keen on promoting peace, co-existence and tolerance, being indispensable human denominators to foster relations between people.

HRH the Prime Minister praised Bahrain’s glorious history, calling to draw noble values from the past , which enlightens the way towards achieving an ambitious future for the nation, the people and the posterity.

HRH the Prime Minister also urged to make use of the fast-paced technological progress mainly in the information and telecommunication field to serve the national interest and prevent attempts to drive wedges between the Bahraini people.

Commending on the role of journalists and media persons in fostering patriotism and enlightening the public opinion on various issues, HRH the Premier praised objectivity and professionalism of the Bahraini Press.
