Bahrain keen to strengthen strategic US ties

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, highlighted the depth of longstanding Bahrain-US strategic relations, and the importance of further developing the bilateral partnership to meet joint aspirations that benefit both countries and their peoples.

HRH Prince Salman was speaking as he met yesterday with the US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Steven C. Bondy, at Riffa Palace.

The latest regional and international developments and issues of common interest were also discussed during the meeting.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
