1500 Tawasul complaints in first quarter: Works Ministry

Over 1500 complaints were processed by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning through Tawasul, in the first quarter of this year.

Citizens and residents have been making good use of the e-facility Tawasul, according to the statistics released by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning. Undersecretary Municipalities Affairs, Dr. Nabil Abu Al Fath, said that citizens and residents have been active on Tawasul service and the ministry has received a total of 1514 complaints through the facility during the first quarter of this year.

He said the e-facility has been useful for the ministry in identifying issues the public faces. The National Suggestion & Complaint system “Tawasul” is one of the essential eChannels that enable citizens and residents to submit their suggestions and complaints to any government entity in the Kingdom of Bahrain easily at any time and from anywhere.

Every government entity in Tawasul has assigned a dedicated team to handle the suggestions and complaints according to a pre-set performance indicator and timeframe based on the case category
