Zain Bahrain has been named among the top companies for Bahraini employment in 2024 for the entire year and the fourth quarter of 2024 per the Ministry of Labour. The telco has maintained a Bahrainization level of 93.33%.

Zain Bahrain the only telco recognized by the Ministry of Labour as one of the top 10 companies achieving the highest Bahraini employment rate in 2024.
