Youth City 2030 sixth version launched

Youth and Sports Minister Hisham bin Mohammed Al Jowder inaugurated Youth City 2030 here yesterday. The project in its sixth version provides 3,000 opportunities for Bahraini youths training.

The project includes latest modern technologies for preparation of capable youth generation to deal with modern tools and future challenges and effectively contribute in on-going national development.

Implemented in partnership with Tamkeen, the project was launched in the presence of Tamkeen’s board of directors’ Chairman cum Acting CEO Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, members of the Shura Council and Council of Representatives (MPs) and several invitees.

The Minister toured Youth City facilities and listened to a detailed presentation about the four centres: leadership, media, science and technology and arts.
