Filipinos Butch Paje and Kathrina Ragadi, both based in Bahrain, participated in an exhibition at the Central Institution of Arts and Culture at the “Art Space” Vernissage, City of Pyatigorsk, Russia.

The event was organised by the International Action Art-Department of Russia last December with the theme “New Year’s Mood”.

Paje is known with his extraordinary skills in mixed media visual arts. His piece, which is entitled “Flight to a New Beginning”, features a classic snowy Christmas inspired by the spirit of cold and colourful holidays in Bahrain. Ragadi’s entry is entitled “Sparkles and Shines” which best defines the mood of the season.
