The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) Board of Commissioners held its fifth extraordinary meeting under the chairmanship of its President Dr. Abdulaziz Hassan Abul. Discussions focused on Decree-Law number 20/2016, which was issued recently, regarding amendment of some provisions of law 26/2014 on the establishment of NIHR.
