The Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam Onam-Eid celebrations were formally inaugurated by Indian MP NK Premachandran on September 1, after which a musical concert led by Indian singer K.S Chithra was staged. This year’s celebrations will be notable by the presence of 50 artists from India including playback singer Dr K.J Yesudas, G. Venugopal and actress Aparna Balamurali and Devi Chandana.
