Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla congratulated the Secretary-General of the Council of Representatives, Abdullah bin Khalaf Al Dossary, on winning the ‘Best Arab Parliamentary Secretary General’ title awarded to him by the Organisation of Arab Peoples and Parliaments (OAPP).
