Rotary Club of Sulmaniya held its regular meeting on March 8, at the Golden Tulip Hotel. The guest speaker to the event was Assistant Under Secretary from the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning, Raed Salah and topic of talk was “Building Permit and Urban Development in Bahrain”.
