Public Relations enter final in Bowling

Manama : In the third week of the Bapco Interdepartmental Bowling Knockout Tournament 2016 the Public Relations team reached the final following its 2534-2340 pin falls victory against Drilling at the Ozone Centre in Sitra.

In the first game Public Relations led by 45 pins and extended it by a further 53 before going on to win
the match.

Top scoring for Public Relations was Ali Al Heloo (256) high game of week and (667) high series of the week and for Drilling Khaled Al Riffai (238) game and (621) series.

Marketing also reached the final after winning 2406-2291 against Engineering as they won the first game by 68 and the second by 55, while Engineering earned an 8 pin advantage in the final game but had to much to claw back.

Top scoring for Marketing was Abdulla Abdul Kareem (245) game and (607) series and for Engineering Ahmad Jawad (195) game and Abdulla Saleh (542) series.

This week the Master Championship competition will be played when 12 top players by average in scratch game and 12 players with handicap play-off to qualify for the 2016 Masters.
