Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received the Special Envoy of the Philippines President to the GCC countries, Dr. Amable Aguiluz at the Gudaibiya Palace on November 13, 2016. The Premier lauded the advanced level of bilateral relations at all levels, in light of laying the foundation basis for joint cooperation between two countries.
