Nineteen per cent of the population eligible for vaccination in Bahrain has not yet registered, it was revealed. National Taskforce for Combatting Coronavirus member Dr Jameela Al Salman called on these persons to register to help the kingdom reach community immunity.

She also stressed the need to initiate registration for the vaccination of children aged 12 to 17 years, advising people not to respond to negative messages and rumours.
