New Horizon School celebrated World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2023, advocating for mental wellness and providing students with invaluable tools to navigate their emotional landscapes.

An emotional regulation workshop was organised by the Health and Safety Student Council Members.

The workshop aimed to enlighten students about understanding, identifying, and managing emotions effectively.

It was followed by a mindfulness meditation session.
