Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning Essam Khalaf toured Muharraq Ring Road Expansion Project site; the part located between Hidd Interchange and the Interchange of Amwaj entrance and Galali. The Minister was accompanied by Special Projects Chief and a number of engineers from the Ministry.
