Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and urban Planning Essam Khalaf received Communications Directorate team of the Ministry in the presence of the Works Affairs Undersecretary Ahmed Al Khayyat. The reception comes in recognition of winning ‘Best Practice in Community Participation’s Award’ of the 2017 eGovernment Excellence Award.
