Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Essam Khalaf received Malayasian Ambassador Ahmed Shahzan Abdulsamad. The Works Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding with Malaysia’s SIRIM Berhad to bolster joint cooperation in many fields, including quality assurance, standards and specifications, as well as training and engineering consultations.
