In a unique opportunity for Bahraini students, Mumtalakat, in collaboration with its portfolio companies McLaren Racing and the American University of Bahrain (AUBH), hosted a special event featuring McLaren Formula 1 driver Lando Norris.
Held at AUBH, the event allowed students to engage directly with the renowned F1 driver, who shared insights into his journey with McLaren Racing and his experiences in the world of Formula 1. Following his talk, Norris answered students' questions in an interactive session, offering them a rare glimpse into the challenges and excitement of professional motorsport.
The event concluded with a lucky draw, where attendees won exclusive McLaren memorabilia. Students also had the opportunity to take photos with Norris and receive his autograph, making the experience even more memorable.
This initiative aligns with Mumtalakat’s ongoing efforts to foster collaboration among its portfolio companies while investing in the education and development of Bahraini youth, providing them with access to inspiring success stories from global industries.
