Labour Ministry closely monitors workforce at aviation company

The Ministry of Labour has assured that it is closely monitoring the employment situation at an international aviation company operating in Bahrain.

This follows recent discussions about the company’s activities in the Kingdom. The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to protecting workers’ rights and ensuring their welfare, per the provisions of Decree-Law No. (36) of 2012, which governs the Labour Law for the private sector. It noted that the Kingdom’s aviation sector is a rapidly growing industry, offering promising employment opportunities.

This growth is further fueled by the expansion of Bahrain International Airport and the enhancement of logistics and support services within the sector.
