Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa held a meeting with the governors in the presence of the General Coordination of Governorates on September 13. The Interior Minister welcomed HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and congratulated him on his appointment by a royal decree as Governor of the Southern Governorate.
