Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al-Rumaihi patronised the signing of a memorandum of understanding between BIPD and Watani Al Emarat Foundation at the Information Ministry premises on April 2, 2017. BIPD Acting Executive Director Anwar Ahmed and the foundation’s Director General Dherar Belhoul Al Falasi attended the signing.
