High-tech police cars to hit the Bahrain roads

A fleet of high-tech police cars and motorcycles will hit the roads in the Kingdom soon.

The move follows the directives of Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa to carry out a comprehensive strategy to modernise all security agencies.

“The modernisation of the fleet meets the soaring number of cars and driving licences, the urban boom and the road network development,” said Director-General at the General Directorate of Traffic Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa.
