Heavy fog to continue until Monday

Manama : Bahrain will witness heavy fog during the next 48 hours, especially during night and early morning hours, the weather forecast showed.

The Meteorological Directorate in the Civil Aviation Affairs of Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry confirmed on its official website that the fog would continue until tomorrow (Monday).

The directorate warned of low visibility less than 1000 metres in places and added that maximum humidity levels would be 100 per cent and minimum would be 50 pc.

The General Directorate of Traffic in Interior Ministry also called upon road users on the ministry’s official page on Twitter to be cautious of the fog in some parts of Bahrain for their safety.
