Gulf Air Announces Seasonal Flights to El Alamein, Egypt

In line with the official visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Egypt, Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, has announced the launch of seasonal flights to the coastal city of El Alamein.

The move reflects the airline’s commitment to enhancing the travel experience for passengers while meeting their diverse needs. It also reinforces the strong bilateral ties between Bahrain and Egypt and promotes closer cooperation across multiple sectors.

Starting next year, Gulf Air will operate seasonal services to El Alamein using its modern and comfortable Airbus A320 aircraft. The new flights will provide travelers the opportunity to explore the city’s rich history, scenic landscapes, and various leisure activities.

Gulf Air has maintained flights to and from Egypt since 1974. The airline previously offered seasonal services to Sharm El Sheikh and Alexandria and currently operates double daily flights to Cairo.
