Amoussou is the current Welterweight Champion at Cage Warriors and have competed in promotions including Strikeforce, DREAM, M-1 Global, Pancrase and Bellator.
Karl started training at Judo at the age of three and a half years with his father while his older brother Bertrand is a medal-winning judoka for France in the 1990 European Judo Championships.
Inspired by Bertrand Amoussou who fought in Pride FC, Karl started his MMA training at 18.
Known for his outstanding ground game, Amoussou has never been submitted in his Mixed Martial Arts career spanning 34 fights. Amoussou has finished 17 out of his 24 victories in the very first round and the last fighter to gain a TKO victory over Amoussou is Ben Askren.
Amoussou will be joining the fierce welterweight division of Brave Combat Federation.
Brave Combat Federation will be hosting its upcoming event in Brazil on April 13th at Belo Horizonte at the Arena Mineirinho, to mark the third promotional event in Brazil.
