The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) held its regular meeting, chaired by Ms. Noora Isa Mubarak, Deputy Chief Executive for Legal Control and Protection and Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Committee at the Authority.

Ms. Mubarak affirmed that the committee continues its efforts in implementing programs and initiatives that enhance the empowerment of national talents by developing sustainable plans that contribute to creating a motivating and supportive work environment, while ensuring the promotion of women’s presence across various job levels.

She also highlighted the significant role played by the Authority’s female employees and affiliates, and their contributions in various fields of work, emphasising that women are essential and active partners in the journey of development and in advancing institutional performance.
