The Council of Representatives has announced a tender to lease eight new cars, aiming to support its daily tasks and official visits.

Published on 29 December 2024, the tender is open to car rental companies and dealerships in Bahrain, with submissions closing on 29 January 2025.

The deal covers sedans fitted with full insurance and services, including regular check-ups, repairs, and replacements.

It is designed to keep the Council’s transport needs running smoothly over the next four years.

Interested businesses must respond to all terms outlined in the documents, clearly agreeing or disagreeing with each point.

Failing to do so will result in exclusion from consideration.

Participants are required to pay a BD1,000 deposit and a BD50 fee to take part. Proposals will be reviewed after bids are opened on 30 January 2025.

The Council hopes to secure reliable vehicles and good service through competitive offers.
