The Coast Guard has announced a change to the designated work area for the three-dimensional marine survey project being conducted by Bapco Energies within the territorial waters of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The revised work area will come into effect on Tuesday, June 16, and will remain in place for a period of two months, in accordance with the boundaries outlined in the approved project map.

The Coast Guard stressed the importance of complying with all instructions and safety guidelines related to the project. It called on fishermen, boat operators, and personal watercraft users to exercise caution when navigating near the survey area, maintain safe speeds, and avoid entering or approaching the designated zone.

The authority noted that these measures are intended to safeguard maritime users and ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the marine survey project.
