Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force, Lt-Gen Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi on August 16, received Captain Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Binali, who presented him a copy of his PhD thesis in political sciences, titled “Petroleum Policies and Privatisation Decisions”, which he had obtained from the US-based Claremont Graduate University.
