MANAMA

The Central Bank of Bahrain announced that Issue No. 1826 “ISIN BH000234N8Q7” has been covered by the monthly government treasury bills issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The value of this issue is BD 35 million for a maturity period of 182 days beginning on September 27, 2020, and ends on March 28, 2021, and the interest rate on these bills is 2.60% compared to the interest rate for the previous issue bills on August 30, 2020, which reached 2.54%.

The average discount rate was 98.703%, and the lowest participation price was accepted at 98.703%, noting that the issue was covered by 100%.

The outstanding balance of treasury bills with this issue amounted to BD 2.110 billion.
