Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Mutawa received sports historian Hassan Saleh Al Dossary who gifted him a copy of his latest book titled “Nojoom fee Al Thakirah” on November 24, 2016. Separately, the minister received artist Jumaa Hilal Faraj who presented Al Mutawa one of his artistic masterpieces.
