Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Mattawa affirmed that “development and training are top priorities in the Government Action Plan (GAP2015-2018)”. Minister stressed significance of government performance including priorities to boost efficiency and effectiveness of government performance, enhancement of public sector’s productivity.
