'Bold and Beautiful' Workshop Empowers Women in Bahrain

Women Across Bahrain recently hosted a highly successful workshop titled "Bold and Beautiful," aimed at boosting women's self-confidence and equipping them to navigate the challenges of modern life. The event featured prominent speakers who led sessions on a range of topics including personal hygiene, self-care, and personality development.

Held in collaboration with KCA Bahrain, the workshop saw participation from women across various sectors. Teena Nellickan, a grooming specialist and former Mrs. Universe Middle East runner-up, Sonia Vinu, a renowned makeup artist, and Blessina George, an artist and model, delivered insightful classes on their respective subjects.

Sumithra Praveen, founder of Women Across, stated that the awareness classes focused on guiding expatriate women on how to effectively interact within multicultural work and social environments, and on the essential manners and styles to observe both personally and socially.
