Karim Benzema was the night star as Al-Ittihad dismantled title rivals Al-Hilal with a commanding 4-1 victory at King Abdullah Sports City on Saturday. The result sends a clear message in the Saudi Pro League title race, with Ittihad now seven points clear at the top.

In an intense match, Ittihad showed their dominance early and never let up. Benzema, as always, stepped up when it mattered, sealing the win with a stunning goal just four minutes before the final whistle.

"It was an important match, and we played seriously against a strong opponent," Benzema told SSC Sports after the game.

With Laurent Blanc’s side now in firm control of the title race, Al-Hilal face an uphill battle to recover. Ittihad’s performance was nothing short of a statement—this is their league to lose.
