The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s sympathy and solidarity with China over the strong earthquake that hit the Tibet region in the Himalayas in the southwest of the country, which lead to a number of deaths and injuries.

The Ministry expressed Bahrain’s sincere condolences to the government and people of China, and to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to those injured.
