Bahrain Bourse (BHB) announced achieving “Excellence in Customer Service Award” via the National Suggestions & Complaints System ‘Tawasul’, for its exceptional performance and efficient response via the National Suggestions & Complaints System ‘Tawasul’.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and First Deputy Prime Minister, awarded the top twenty performing government entities within the National Suggestion & Complaint System ‘Tawasul’ in 2020 through a virtual awarding ceremony.

Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al-Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Bourse thanked HRH the Crown Prince, for the trust provided to BHB by receiving this award for the first time since joining ‘Tawasul’ earlier this year.

“Winning this award highlights the efforts undertaken by Bahrain Bourse to ensure open communication channels with all capital market stakeholders, which further enhances the transparency and fairness in the Bourse and helps meet the needs of all stakeholders in the market,” Shaikh Khalifa said.

“Bahrain Bourse has been keen to join ‘Tawasul’ as part of its commitment to offer open and transparent communication channels to all stakeholders in order to enhance the Bourse’s regulatory and supervisory role as an SRO to benefit all stakeholders, particularly investors, issuers and brokers,” he added.
