His Excellency Mr. Nawaf bin Mohammed Al-Maawada, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Awqaf, signed an agreement with His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regarding the arrangements for the Hajj season of 1447H. The signing comes as part of final preparations for the upcoming season.

The agreement was signed during the Fifth Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition, held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 9 to 12 November 2025 under the theme “From Mecca to the World,” with participation from more than 270 local and international entities.

Minister Al-Maawada praised the historic efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for their dedication in enhancing services for the guests of the Two Holy Mosques.

He also commended the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in collaboration with the Kingdom’s Guests of the Two Holy Mosques Program, for organizing a distinguished conference that serves as an advanced platform for exchanging expertise, showcasing best practices in the Hajj system, and introducing innovative initiatives focused on modern technologies.

Minister Al-Maawada noted that the success of this conference builds on the achievements of previous editions, providing a key destination for Hajj stakeholders worldwide and offering an opportunity to anticipate the future development of Hajj services.
