Asian Woman to Face Trial for Human Trafficking in Bahrain

Manama: The Public Prosecution in Bahrain has referred an Asian woman to criminal trial for allegedly exploiting and trafficking a girl of the same nationality. The case, set to be heard on December 7, involves charges of human trafficking, coercion and exploitation.

According to officials, the victim was forced into illegal activities and threatened by the accused, who profited from her situation. The Attorney General's office has completed investigations, gathering evidence and testimony from the victim and witnesses.
